We are seeking the partnership with Robotic OEMs, where LinkHealth's Patient Care Solutions could contribute in the following ways:

• Effective Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy – With over 20 years of experience caring for chronic patients at home and in care facilities, LinkHealth could be positioned in solution catalog as the solution owner for OEM’s patient care offerings. We would manage both B2B and B2C solution sales and demonstrations in the healthcare sector.

• Strong Reach-to-Market (RTM) Channels – With deep expertise in AI adoption and established relationships with some of the largest long-term care service providers in the U.S., LinkHealth is well-equipped to expand the market reach of patient care robotics solutions, effectively engaging both care service providers and the patients they serve.

Meanwhile, we hope to gain support in the following areas:

• Robotic OEM Sponsorship – LinkHealth aims to secure sponsorship for robotic OEMs (featuring the Nvidia Jetson family), enabling us to develop robotic extensions for patient care as a turnkey solution and implement key use cases in the sector.

• Strategic Alignment – We hope to align strategically by gaining insights into robotic OEM’s product portfolio, roadmap, and expansion vision, positioning LinkHealth as robotic OEM’s extended solution provider in patient care.
